Parcels

Domestic parcels

Three customers segments are important for bpost: B2C, the delivery of goods from companies such as e-tailers to consumers, the B2B for shipments between companies such as spare parts shipments or shop replenishment and finally, the C2C parcels that consumers send between them for gifts or when they sell goods over internet marketplaces.

B2C

Today more and more Belgians are buying online, e-commerce is significantly increasing in key sectors such as shoes, fashion, consumer electronics and books.
This logically results in a constantly increasing number of parcels sent every day. bpost parcels holds a leadership position within the B2C parcels segment (consisting of e-tailers, distance sellers and retailers). Mainly thanks to our network, offering various types of delivery methods: at home, a post office/post point or a parcel locker.
Since 2015, bpost also offers Saturday delivery and a pilot was conducted in order to test Sunday delivery.

B2B

The B2B parcels segment offers large growth opportunities for bpost, it is a segment in full exploration.
Through dedicated services for small business in the postal offices, bpost wants to facilitate the parcels business.

C2C

In C2C, bpost focuses on increasing convenience for clients sending and receiving parcels through e-commerce activities.
In addition to various prepaid parcel products, we also offer an online tool for senders to directly pay and print their parcel label. The shipment is managed online, at a very competitive price.

International parcels

Building on the work of the past years, bpost wants to be even more ambitious at an international level in the future.
To do so, we created a new organization under the new brand name "Landmark Global, a bpost company".

Landmark Global integrates former bpost International subsidiaries and includes various facilities strategically located in the USA, Canada, the UK, The Netherlands, Belgium; China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia.
Becoming one group also means that our distribution facilities are better connected and results in greater reach, efficiency and improved transit times.
