Stakeholder engagement

We involve and engage stakeholders at all levels of the company. The stakeholders, and their expectations, are identified through existing approaches and processes such as surveys, participation in relevant forums, social dialogue, examination of contracts with suppliers and customer feedback (notably via social networks) and via roundtables.
