Employee training and talent development

We encourage development of skills and competences of our employees by offering them training opportunities via our own training academy. Besides functional trainings, all employees may follow trainings in communication, sales, languages and leadership.

One example is the “Summer Academy”, which encourages our employees to work on their skills and wellbeing during a less busy period. The trainings given cover a varied range of subjects which support personal development.

Since 2011, we engage in the “Recognizing Experience” program. This program aims to offer the possibility of earning a higher secondary education diploma th those employees who didn’t had this opportunity in the past. This consists of a training course lasting around two years, mainly by distance learning, promoting skills and knowledge already acquired on the job, with the additional possibility of earning a higher secondary school diploma.
