Customers are the reason we exist. So, clearly, they are central in every part of our company. Our customer focus is expressed by a constant concern for the service quality, initiatives to improve their satisfaction and our commitment to products, services and solutions that seamlessly meet their expectations and needs. We constantly strive to deliver added value to our customers. And they, in turn, can improve their service to their own customers.

We constantly evaluate customer’s perceptions and experience in order to understand customer loyalty mechanisms and identify ways to improve them. Analyzing customer complaints is very important to identify recurring shortcomings and implement structural solutions. In recent years, we have also made efforts to monitor customer experience through social media.

Customer satisfaction remained high and stable in 2016 compared to 2015.
